“Here are pics of the junk that was used in the before....and the now.
It took me longer to lay hands on the screwdriver, pencil and tape measure than the install did. I am thrilled with the improvement. I will probably remove some baseboard, lower the wall bracket and remove a little of the duct to get a bit snugger to the wall. For today, though, we are in business!
