“We really needed this option to install our dryer!
The positioning of the laundry tub did not allow access to the hole from the side.
We would have needed to attach a long connector while the dryer was out from the wall and then hope that we could bend it in a way that would allow us to push the dryer close enough to the back wall so not to hang out into to the doorway to the neighboring  kitchen!
When I found  MagVent online, it seemed to provide the perfect solution! We had no time to wait for delivery, this item was popular and out of stock where we looked online. An indicator that it was a good product ! Luckily we found a local store with one on hand!
We were able to attach the bracket to the baseboard, though the contours in the board made it little bit tricky to place the screws.. but..
The rest of the installation went well. We were very happy with the final result! No messy long dusty connecting hose!
The the hole on the dryer and the vent hole in the wall were perfectly aligned, no bends required!
