• We are happy to offer refunds on MagVent purchases as long as the product is returned in undamaged and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.

• Note: We do not cover return shipping as we offer free shipping on our outgoing products. However, we do offer RMA labels at our discounted cost which can be deducted from your return. If you would like to receive an RMA label please email us with your order number and contact information at customerservice@magventllc.com.
